Executive Team
Josh Mitten, Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
Josh Mitten is responsible for ASI’s business and project development. He has served ASI in several capacities through management, sales, and marketing; additionally, he has hands-on experience installing solar in the field. He has a background in real estate, and a keen sense for creative problem solving. Josh’s passion for renewable energy is contagious as he inspires our employees and customers.
Jim Westwood, Director of Operations
Jim Westwood handles the day-to-day operations of our shop, keeping the ASI engine running smoothly. He also acts as our residential project manager. Jim has spent over twenty years in the construction industry, most recently as a commercial project manager for a regional construction firm. His leadership skills and experience in the construction field, have been instrumental in ASI’s growth.
Doug Schultz, Director of Finance
Doug Schultz provides rigor in evaluating the financial impact of renewable energy on our customers, financiers and company. He also plays a vital role in determining how new legislation, economic climate shifts and creative financing options affect our presence in the renewable energy marketplace. Doug has over 20 years of accounting experience in both the private and public sector. As a CPA with a mind for business, Doug helps customers make educated and strategic decisions.
